missingWrote a review on Dec 10convenient locationlocal foodpoor maintenance
The location is close to the main areas of interest, making it a decent spot for quick escapes. A unique advantage includes access to some local food spots nearby, serving meals that hit the right notes after busy days.
The room situation is chaotic. a guest was upgraded without request, only to be moved again when others checked in ahead of them. Issues included faulty AC units in multiple rooms, broken kettles, and inadequate maintenance on wardrobes—room 908 especially suffered from poor drainage in the bathroom. The check-in process was confusing, leading to unnecessary stress when extending stays, and it felt bizarre to be rushed out at the same time.

The stay was quite convenient for visiting Al Masjid an Nabawi, just a short walk away. Our quadruple room was clean and neatly arranged most of the time, which was a nice plus. I appreciated the proximity to local food spots like those serving authentic Pakistani dishes, making it easy to grab a meal after a long day of exploring. However, it would have been nice to have breakfast included given the price we paid for the room.

Location is fantastic, just steps from the Haram, but the room felt cramped and needed renovations.

clean and convenient stay , but check-in could improve.
The quadruple room was spacious enough for our family, allowing us to relax comfortably. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, responding quickly to our requests. The nearby local eateries offered a delightful variety of cuisines, making it easy to enjoy diverse meals after our visits to the mosque. I especially loved having a city view that let us see the lively atmosphere surrounding the area.
The check-in process felt slightly disorganized, adding some unnecessary stress to our arrival.

Our confirmed reservation was ignored, and instead, we were told our room went to someone else for a higher price. Organic fruits at breakfast were the only redeeming factor during our stay.

The moment I arrived, Ali Al Badrani greeted me with a warm smile and helped me convert British pounds to riyals , making it so easy for a weary traveler. The views from my room were amazing, seeing the majestic mosque from my window while enjoying my quiet mornings was a perfect way to start the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the comfort and service, it was still acceptable.
